Called in and spoke to the manager in my local Hays Travel regarding flights to Australia and return. Considering it was the most busiest time to be travelling I was helped with finding the best dates and price for my trip. Nothing was to much trouble and all the questions I had were answered. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Extremely helpful and easy booking process. They took lots of time to put together the package I requested and made sure I was happy with the process at each stage.

Natasha at Fakenham Hays was brilliant. I knew where I wanted to go and when, but I am a solo traveller and at 76 I preferred to be in a group. I also wanted to go to Herculaneum which isn't usually included in Pompeii area trips. Natasha found one, guided me through queries and was very generous with her time, juggling sorting me out alongside incoming calls. I booked there and then, with complete confidence. Thankyou for helping me tick off a major item on my bucket list!
