We had an amazing experience booking with Hays Travel, thanks to Evie! She organised our Disneyland Paris holiday and made the whole process completely stress-free.
Evie was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect package. Everything was clearly explained, and she was always quick to respond to any questions.

Personalised service and availability to speak to the person making the booking. My one way booking was required due to flight disruptions in the middle east, and the team went the extra mile to help secure hotel accom for an extended period and set up the qantas app for me to ensure easier checkin / access to information about the flight.

The place to go
Efficiency of finding and booking holiday when limited to dates and number of travellers. Chloe in the Fakenham branch was very friendly, patient and helpful with whatever I threw at her. Definitely the place to go.
