Jasmin was amazing
Jasmin was amazing! She found me and my partner the best deal. She showed us pictures and gave us options, she and offered to go the extra mile to ask if we could have a sea front room. When I was there she was busy but she found the time for us and managed to get everything we wanted. We’re so excited for our holiday

Hays Travel Failsworth are the best
Hays Travel Failsworth are the best, all I have to do is tell them the date I would like to go away and leave it in there hand. They then send me over a choice of hotels and countries to see and have a look in my time so I pick the one that suits me and my husband. If we don’t like anything they well keep looking till they find us one, they are very good at there job. 10 out of 10

As usual the service 1st class, a special mention to Debs,she has assisted with our holiday arrangements for many years and nothing is to much trouble for her. Also the shop refurbishment is great.

Helpfull polite staff
Staff always polite and helpfull.always book with sue as she always gets my holiday right and even prints all my boarding passes and paper work just before I go .love the new look of the shop
