Liz at the Ellesmere Port branch...
Liz at the Ellesmere Port branch was absolutely wonderful.
She is extremely efficient and knowledgeable too but always makes time to make you feel welcome.
There's a lovely calm atmosphere in the Ellesmere Port branch and we really enjoyed our visit.

Great experience
The staff member was very helpful and patient, going through all our options very patiently and explaining everything in detail. Even though it was late in the day and they were getting ready to close, Tilly took time going over everything and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Excellent service from day 1 of going into the shop. We wanted to go to Japan to meet my sister and husband to join them on a cruise. Then to go onto Australia. Liz has been excellent as we have been in and asked for different things. Nothing has been a bother to her or the staff who helped if liz was on her day off.
