We needed help finding the right holiday
We popped in to see Linda (who has been very helpful with holidays in the past) to ask her advice for a holiday abroad in June. After trawling through lots of different hotels and finding out which suited our requirements the best and there were a few between four of us, she came up with the perfect holiday in Crete. Came in to collect currency, and...
Came in to collect foreign currency. On the spur of the moment, asked Matt to have a look at a couple of options for possible trip back to Paphos in November. No actual intention of booking yet. After juggling dates, Matt found an excellent easyJet option to the hotel I stayed at in January. I looked at the exceptional options at home on his email. Result - I 'phoned the next morning and took the three week option, and paid the deposit!

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to find me the holiday I was looking for. The staff member who helped me was very thorough and explained all the options.

We wanted to quickly escape the grey skies and Linda made it happen. Took time to understand our requirements and made booking quickly. Off for a well earned rest in the sun in a month's time. Whilst in branch we made a 2nd booking too.
