Two holidays booked!

Norwegian Fjords Summer 2028
I booked to go to the Norwegian Fjords in Summer 2028. Cara was VERY helpful and really went overboard to made sure I got everything sorted. She explained pricing over phonecall and sent it all on a message as I asked, then gave me plenty of time to make the correct arrangements with family and get it booked in time. Even sharing her personal experiences to advise on what she thinks would be suitable xx

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I asked to check holidays for me, same day Charlotte got back with the perfect holiday. When I checked different dates online I could get it cheaper, when I rang her the next day she price matched it and we booked it. I would definitely recommend Hayes, thank you Charlotte.

Member of staff was outstanding……made the process a joy….
The member of staff who dealt with us, Cara Hall, was exceptional. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, putting us at ease. This was a complicated holiday enquiry, involving four people, and Cara guided us through the options, showing endless patience to our varied questions. Eventually she turned a simple request into a booking, and talked us through the process. Hays’ are fortunate to have her on your team.
