Really took time to go over our plans we didn’t feel rushed also explained everything well

We travelled from Witney to Dunstable to see James our trusted travel agent for over two years. He has always found us the right holiday by listening to us and it doesn’t matter how long it takes he’s always kind and caring and adapting the holiday to our needs and I have lots. If we have any issues he’s only a phone all away and usually can answer our queries or if not will sort and then ring us back. He is a great asset to your company and we are glad to see he has been rewarded by giving him his own store it’s just a shame it’s 11/2 hours away.

We wasn't to sure where to go to go in Crete so the agent recommended a place that she had been. We went away and had a good look at the Hotel and location. So decided to book that holiday. So we felt that she was very helpful.

Louise was so helpful from start to finish. She looked into everything that we had asked for as part of our holiday and made sure we had looked at all options. She found an amazing hotel and package and managed to secure swim up rooms too. Great service and would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking again through Hays Dunstable and Louise.
