Top marks for excellent customer service
Margaret has taken care of us so well. We booked two holidays with her based on the advice and knowledge she shared with us.
We normally organise our own trips so having it done for us is a breath of fresh air.

Such a relief to sit in a relaxed environment while someone else did all the phoning and had the know-how to find alternative choices. We emerged smiling happily in total contrast to our usual exhausted state after booking a holiday ourselves.
