Helpful knowledgeable staff. Fantastic.
Caitlin listened carefully to our requirements, and booked our holiday with a lovely positive attitude. We were given plenty of time to consider our options, and we given great advice, with input and help from another agent as well. I always feel well looked after by Hays Travel and their knowledgeable staff.

Fabulous service received from Caitlin
The service we received Caitlin was exceptional nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond to find us the best deals and choices we could get. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to find the information she didn’t have herself couldn’t of asked for a better service from her. Great service, great price.
Called in for some information and a couple of brochures, walked out with a cruise and stay fully booked, with cabin upgrades and parking. Thank you Kim for finding such a bargain for us that we didn't even to think about it for more than a minute
