October holiday
We always visit our local Hays Travel shop when ever we want to book a holiday. As always we went in knowing where we wanted to go and when ( with some flexibility) and we left having booked exactly what we wanted , with help . As always EXCELLENT SERVICE

Family holiday
I book all my holidays at hays travel cramlington, the service from lisa and her team is excellent,they're all very helpful friendly and they go the extra mile.🙂

Wouldn’t book our holiday anywhere else
We dealt with Lisa when we came into the cramlington branch. She’s absolutely lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and listened. To be honest all the staff are lovely and we always book our holidays through the Cramlington branch. They always match the price online, even cheaper sometimes. We wouldn’t book our holiday anywhere else.

Always book at Hays
Always book at Hays. Always have an excellent experience. Could book on the Internet but book at Hays because we should use independent retailers or lose them.
