Jess at Hays Colne is absolutely fantastic,she is so knowledgeable,friendly,helpful and funny that she really goes above and beyond to make sure you get the very best out of your holiday. We always book through Hays as the service and welcome you get as soon as you walk through the door keeps up coming back.All the staff at the Colne Lancashire store are a credit to the company.They also never forget who you are even if it’s been a couple of years since you’ve been there.Brilliant.
