Friendly and helpful
Couldn’t fault the staff on anything at all. We went in with no idea on where to go and left very happy after booking a holiday. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

Maia was fantastic, we were in to book two separate trips and she could not have been more helpful. She was attentive, listened and then provided an excellent service. She made the booking service so easy, when we as a family were talking among ourselves she picked up on what we were chatting about and made some very helpful suggestions.

Maia in the Coleraine branch was fantastic. Very informed, friendly and we booked two separate holidays at the same time and she handled all our queries with professionalism and ease.
