Fyord's Cruise
Staff very accommodating and helpful, they found what we wanted and booked it. What more do you want. Would I recommend them, yes without a doubt. Only gripe, there's no coffee machine.

Attentive ,knowledgeable staff member who listened to my needs for a good holiday . The branch were open on a Sunday and though busy we had her undivided attention until we went home with our ideal choice

Very friendly staff…
The lady who booked my holiday was called Tara....she was very thorough and clearly had in depth knowledge of the resorts and hotels I was interested in...she had a very pleasant telephone manner...very friendly...and explained everything very clearly...I would have no hesitation in recommending Hays Travel to friends and family after the smooth transaction in booking my own holiday.

Evie was a dream to deal with. She listened to our requirements and suggested different locations and offered her own experience of previous destinations. This is our second holiday she has booked for us and is a real credit to the branch.
