Booked flights to Australia and Katie and Rebecca couldn’t have been more helpful. Katie explained everything and reassured us about the flights we had chosen. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to book holidays as the staff are amazing.

Agent was excellent at finding all of my needs and very good at her job. I was only in the shop for 30 minutes and left with my holiday booked and paid in full. Would definitely return to book again for future trips.

Easy jet emailed me informing flights changed from glasgow to manchestrr for christmad break to morocco.
This not suitable.
I emailed the relevant details to Katie at clyfebank office and within an hour she found alternative flights 2 days later.and at lesser cost
Exceptional service from Katie as always.

Carol was absolutely fabulous with me
Carol was absolutely fabulous with me. She was patient and understanding. I had recently suffered a my Brother’s bereavement and Carol spent extra time with me helping me to find exactly the holiday I was looking for.
