Lovely friendly and very helpful staff, quick and efficient, other staff offered advice and information as well, such as having been to a particular place on the holiday that I was interested in, will definitely use them again .

The amazing Travel Agent called SANEM.
Sanem made our experience 1st class. She went above and beyond. She was so desperate to make sure our trip was exactly what we wanted, she even stayed late to ensure all the elements were booked. She is just wonderful. First Class Travel Agent. Well done Hays for employing such an amazing agent.

it's really important having the right people in the job , and you got that right with Bradley, he had a fantastic customer connection with us , and we were made to feel at ease so we could voice comfortable input from the start , he loved his job that shone through, he was very informative, we did not feel rushed he went the extra mile to get it right , his customer service was excellent!!
