Lovely experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a very helpful and friendly Louise. She helped me feel relaxed and heard to get all the trip I asked for. And I felt very sure that my whole experience right to my time away will be smooth.

Booked our first cruise helped by Nicola
We went into Hayes travel in Chester to find out about a potential Cruise holiday. We are complete novices when it comes to cruise holidays so wanted some advice and guidance to avoid making a mistake and booking something we later regretted. We were looked after wonderfully by Nicola, she took her time, explained everything clearly and was more than happy to go over the same options and suggestions and answer all of our random questions! She really made the whole process enjoyable and we have booked and left the shop feeling excited and reassured that we know pretty much everything we need to and have booked ourselves the most suitable options for our first cruise. Great service.
