Appropriate Quality Service
I always decide exactly what I want to book with my holiday before I go into store. The staff in store bend over backwards to get it for me at the right time and price. On occasions that I cannot get information myself, every member of staff is happy to chip in with details. I do book far too many holidays than is reasonable so think before long I will have my own reserved seat 😉

I went in Chester le Street branch…
I went in Chester le Street branch after 2 years trying go pluck courage up to go in instead of just looking in window as it is first holiday on my own.As soon as I went in Helen greeted me with a smile put me at ease straight away and asked how she could help and sorted me out & I came out happy with a smile.

Another city break sorted!
Booked a few holidays and breaks here, always incredibly friendly and efficient, always get exactly what I’m looking for at a price that I want.
All the staff are fabulous, I’ve dealt with Jessica in particular a number of times and she’s fantastic.

Easy Peasy thanks to in-store Travel Agent.
Called in to Hayes travel to make a complicated booking for 4 people booking a cruise requiring 4 separate cabins and 4 individual payments. It was so quick, easy and painless with the assistance of travel agent (sorry, not sure if Jane or Julie?) She was so calm and efficient. It's impossible to book 4 separate cabins for 4 people on line and quite often Hotel rooms too!

When my friend and l booked we managed to get 2 single occupancy double rooms informed us of building work next to our hotel. Which was much appreciated, usually don't find this out till you arrive.
