Excellent
Excellent. Charlotte was recommended to me by a friend because I was getting stressed over booking a holiday to euro Disney as I did not have a clue where to start. Charlotte listened to what I wanted from the holiday and found the perfect experience for me. Highly recommended

Sometimes it doesn’t pay to do it yourself!
I had seen Charlottes Facebook page with holidays offers, I have never booked with Charlotte previously, or even enquired. She made it easy, fun and personal! My husband was looking online previously, he found a good deal - but in typical style it turned out to be an hour away from where we needed to be!
.. Charlotte managed to find us the same price pp, at a better location and a better hotel! So sometimes it doesn’t pay to do it yourself! Thank you Hays - and a special thank you to Charlotte Hopkin xx
