Great communication and customer service
Charlee's communication was second to none. She found the best deal for our family and nothing was too much bother. She advised us on the best flight times to suit our family.
The whole process was very easy thanks to Charlee.

Charlee is amazing. So supportive and put so much time and energy into helping us find a fantastic last minute (within 3 days) holiday for our young family.
Nothing was too much and she made the process so easy for me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will 100% be coming back to her for hopefully more holidays in the future.

Fantastic - Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Charlee is truly amazing !! I have now used her twice for booking my holidays (& am currently looking at next year!) The ease of booking, the above & beyond reproach, the quality & care provided - the list goes on. Each time I simply explain to Charlee what I’m looking for & the response are detailed, hitting all expectations. My Summer holiday was over HALF PRICE compared to such agents like TUI. My city break was bang on all pictures matched the hotel perfectly. Highly recommend all using Charlee !!!
