The customer service I received was perfect
The customer service I received was really good. Lucy at the chapeltown branch was very helpful and friendly. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to book as this was a return visit to the same hotel in Majorca we had previously visited. Will definitely be going to Hays in the future, they take all the stress of booking yourself away.

Hays in Chapeltown coordinated simultaneous bookings
We went to Hays in Chapeltown on two occasions when we thought our needs were too complicated to do ourselves on-line. On the second occasion it turned out what we wanted to do wasn't possible. Not to be defeated, the agent arranged conf call with two other parties and coordinated simultaneous booking from the UK and US which resulted in the river cruise we wanted. Thank you Jess!

Great staff go above and beyond.
I’ve just booked a dream holiday for our family. The staff was amazing at tailoring the trip for us to make it perfect and was patient and accommodating with all my questions and queries. Will definitely be using them again.

We always choose Hays Travel Chapeltown when booking our cruises. We know that we will get excellent service, by knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly staff. This time we were attended to by Natalie.
