I found a holiday at a good price and Catherine was able to price match it and support all the admin - very responsive to messages too.

Booking for a cruise !
I had contacted Catherine about a few options and dates which she and her colleague spent time looking at them all. I also changed my mind after she had researched the original request. So she spent time looking at other options for me to make sure I booked the right option for us. I have also asked many questions and she has been efficient coming back with the replies and making sure everything is right.
