I had a very pleasant lady assisting. She had some sensible chat and put me at ease. I think I would go back to your agency again. There was not the cheerful abundance of literature there used to be in the agency across the road.

Shannon was very helpful & explained every detail of our cruise. She compared different dates for us, nothing was any trouble. We have booked with Hays twice before. It's always a great experience with Hays in Carrickfergus.
