Whenever myself or my friends pop in to book a holiday or an enquiry they are happy to help we are a group of a certain age and things can become a bit over whelming when booking, but they always seem to put us at ease.

This is my 4th cruise I have booked with Hays Bulwell and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They really look after you here, I never feel rushed or pressured, they are really friendly and helpful. Keren is my go to, she’s brilliant. Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient.
