The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The booking process was clearly explained and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and it took away the stress of booking a holiday.

Drink offered early in conversation and taken! Quite a lot to sort out making two separate cruises but handled with patience and good humour. My hearing problem can cause some difficulty at times but we managed it! Credit Emilia for making it worth while.
