Not rushed took time to discuss what I wanted and really helpful with what requirements there are for the holiday. It's so good to be able to have an actual face to face experience and conversation there's too much pressure to do everything on line or even over the phone .

From the moment we entered the door…
From the moment we entered the door nothing was any trouble for all the staff. Very professional and everybody had a smile. We got sorted in no time booked and paid for a holiday all sorted just as we wanted. Mind you we do come here every year for both our holidays each year.

Natalie at Hays as per usual helped us book our next holiday. Hays really is a one stop holiday shop, from booking to travel money to insurance they can sort it all.
Weve been booking with Hays for the last 5 years and can honestly say have total confidence in them to always deliever a great package with people who really know what they are talking about.
