I wanted to book a cruise to Norway and Hays Travel handled the booking very well. I got the service I wanted. The fact that I decided to change the date of my trip after the first intinerary was sent to me was handled very quickly.

As an elderly solo traveller I was keen to find a real live travel agency to plan everything for me. I found Hays online and took the train from London to Bromley so that I could speak to an agent face-to-face. Sana was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, finding me a hotel and flights to Marbella at fairly short notice. She printed out the paperwork for me as well as sending it by email. I went back two days later to pick up my boarding cards as I hadn't taken my passport with me the first time. I feel confident that all will be well on my holiday!

Attended the bureau in Bromley and were interviewed by Sana who proved to be a gods send. My wife and I are both in our late seventies and we found her to be friendly and very helpful. We explained what we wanted and she came back to us the next day and we were delighted with what she found and signed up straight away
