I have never booked a holiday in a travel agent before but Emma made it so much easier than doing it at home. She made it so easy, from booking the holiday, parking and overnight hotel before the flight. She thought of everything, so all we have to do is pack our bags and go.

We went in the shop to see if they could match the price we saw on line and she did so we booked the cruise with her she gave us lots of options and we took the one that suited us

They are extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable and professional in every way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hays Travel.

River cruise looking fwd to another fab holiday
Lindsey is so professional and knowledgeable, makes everything easy for us. We could not book the holiday we wanted but with her help found another in minutes and got everything we wanted. After all was completed she told us of a new destination flying from Bournemouth and we have decided to book that later this year. I have no doubt all the staff in the branch are equally professional, all our latest holidays have been with you and I see no point in changing a winning formula

Lyndsay was very patient
Lyndsay was very patient, listened to what we asked for, nothing was too much trouble no matter how many times we changed it, all we have to do is pack our cases and enjoy our holiday.

Lapland 2026…
Lindsay helped us with booking our trip to Lapland for Dec 2026. She was so helpful and friendly it made it an easy process to book. She had answers to our questions but if she didn't know then she made relevant phone calls to find out.
