I was so excited for my holidays with…
I was so excited for my holidays with my children. When we arrived at the hotel, I was very shocked and disappointed with the room—very small, bed, and not comfortable. The toilet door was broken, and there was no space to keep our luggage. We asked reception they said I have to blame hey travel they didn't do very well. It's a shame... If I want bigger room they said it would cost more. I regret booking with Hey Travel. Very disappointed.

We saw the Manager
We saw the Manager, Jane who has helped us on several occasions to select previous holidays. This time, we had her undivided personalised attention to help select our desired safari holiday for September 2028. We could not fault anything.
