Went into Bridlington branch
Went into Bridlington branch, and saw Rebecca. Very helpful, helped us pick the right holiday for us, which the date and price was ideal. Very polite. We will definitely be booking again with Hayes travel, and will try get Rebecca again. Altho all the staff seemed very pleasant.

Brilliant service
Always book our cruises at the same agents in Bridlington. The staff recognise us and we have a good laugh while booking. Never felt rushed and Imogen was very patient.

All my paperwork was ready quickly, and an enquiry about airport shuttles was sorted efficiently.

Holiday in Sorrento
We called in on Sunday to look for a holiday.
