As first time cruisers, we had loads of questions, and Brendan took the time and had the patience to answer each and every one of them very simply for us. Even when the cruise was over and we had a couple of wee issues, nothing to do with Brendan, he advised us all the way.

I normally book holidays myself but this was a special one where I felt a bit out of my depth and I wanted to get it absolutely right.

I had an outstanding experience booking my cruise. From the very beginning, Brendan was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly had a wealth of personal experience with the ships, itineraries and onboard options. That firsthand knowledge made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence in the choices we made.

Nothing was too much trouble. Every query was answered quickly and honestly, and I never felt under any pressure. He took the time to explain everything and explored various different flight options at our request, nothing was too much trouble and the level of communication by email and WatsApp throughout was second to none.

On top of being highly professional, he was genuinely friendly and fun to deal with, making the whole booking process enjoyable rather than stressful.

I did have him look at numerous different cruises as I have been on a cruises before, but it’s the first time for my friend he was able to source me a brilliant deal for September for my girly holiday.He was also able to sort out better option of airport to suit our needs.
