I saw in your Lytham store a cruise for the Ffords, on returning to Bolton j visited my local store to make enquiries, within half an hour the tour was booked hassle free and with a smile.

The staff at Hays Bolton are very professional, and they always do everything possible to assist you in planning your holiday.
I booked a holiday yesterday to India for Dec 2027. Claire had arranged to ring me at 8am in the hope that I would get the seats we prefer .
