I was asked what kind of holiday I was looking for and was shown several and chose the one I and the kids liked.
Had passports with me so I was booked in paid and because it was only a week away from flight I was also checked in for my flights and boarding passes printed, that's it ready to go in less than 15 minutes.

Booked some more holidays with Hays. As always, found just what we were after at the right price too!
