Delightful staff, so very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Expert travel hands
We had little precise idea of which holiday we were after but we were skillfully guided towards a great (looking!) holiday to be taken in July. Carol has years of experience which she loves to share such that we felt that she wouldn't/couldn't have gone to any more trouble had it been her own holiday. Expertise with patience and humour: what more could you ask for!

A pleasant experience
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Trainee did very well with some guidance to sort out quite a complicated booking. All our questions were answered clearly. Questions about the insurance were more difficult but we got there in the end.

We will certainly book with Hays again
This is the second time we have booked with Hays and will certainly book with you again. The service we received was second to none. We spoke to someone who had been to Rome before and was able to give us several tips on how to best make use of the time we will have there.

Very professional booking experience.
Hannah explained every aspect of our holiday very clearly and looked at several ideas which we had not fully thought through eg airport alternatives and car parking options. The whole booking process was handled very professionally and we are totally happy with the end result. Well done Hannah!
