Jessica was very very knowledgeable
Jessica was very very knowledgeable, answered all our queries. We had not gone into Hays to book but to find out info about a cruise but after chatting with her we booked there and then.

Good experience
Francesca was really helpful. We were in and out with half an hour with holiday booked that suits the whole family. Great price too
