Very good service from all the staff at Hays Travel Birkenhead particularly a from a lady named Leah she explained everything in detail about our cruise holiday , first class service.

Leah was just perfect she was patient and understanding while we went through things she found us the perfect holiday and was friendly and kind have used hays for our last few holidays and the service has always been perfect would highly recommend

If booking disney don't go through hayes
Got totally blindsided by agent told us to book through them as prices though disney would be double what they have it for so booked it only to look online and its £700 cheaper staying on site.

Hi Phil, thank you for the review, I am sorry you had a reason to leave a 1* review. I have looked into this with James and can see the flights with Disney direct were not out at the time of you booking this with Charleigh so she booked you an alternative option with EasyJet, good flight times and we added private transfers and included breakfast.
We have since costed the Disney direct price and added the loss of deposit to this and it seems to be costing more and does not have transfers included and may be different flight times? Please, if you wish to discuss this with me i would like to fully understand the complaint and so we can smooth out any misunderstandings. Haven’t booked through a travel agent for about 20 years so it was a daunting decision to make. However from the moment we sat down with Halle. We could not fault her and her selfless attitude. We gave her our wishlist and she more than lived up to our expectations. We will now use you again. Special thanks to Halle!!!!

We visited Hays Birkenhead to book a little break for next year, Charleigh dealt with us and was very professional, pleasant and helpful and got us sorted in no time.
