Great service
Adam had great knowledge and was able to answer any questions we had. We contacted Hays travel via email first and all questions answered quickly and they offered a meeting to discuss our requirements and to book up our holiday. Very friendly team and very helpful.

We were helped to arrange our holiday by a lovely young lady, I’m afraid I can’t recall her name but her staff number appears to be p7670, she was very patient with us and explored many different resorts and holidays, we always use Hays in Bicester, very friendly, super helpful and always professional, special mention for Sharon too who helped us last year and the year before.

Normally deal with molly, who is just amazing however it was mollys day off so saw Adam who was equally as good as molly.. nothing was to much trouble.. used hays travel for our last 2 holidays to Cyprus and will definitely use again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Molly.
It was a very tricky South American itinerary, which took a lot of time and attention.
But the perfect solution was found at the right price.
