Rebecca at Berwick upon Tweed could not have been more helpful,from the minute we walked in she knew exactly what holiday we would like She explained all of the options very well and really searched for a holiday that we really wanted . The last 3 years I have dealt with Rebecca and she has listened to everything I have asked for . She always picks the right resort and hotel for me and my family . The communication I receive from the Berwick branch is always great as the rest of the staff are friendly and informative. What I love about Hays travel is the continuity of the staff. Same staff that we booked with 2 years ago and they remembered us. First class service from the team in the Berwick store. Would never buy online again when you get this friendly service in store.
