The booking process was a bit disjointed, I was on and off the phone for over an hour.
Some of the details on the quote were incorrect.

Concerned that the price quoted increased
Concerned that the price quoted by email, the day before, was not honoured. The price increased by £200+
The travel consultant managed to reduce it by giving a ‘Hay Travel’ discount but still paid just over under £100 extra.
Travel insurance was so high we decided to shop around.
We felt for the consultant as Sandels IT system was so slow and was not displaying the result data correctly.

We work on a live system which means that all prices quoted are subject to change and availability which I can see you was advised on the quote email from us, but I am glad we managed to find a way of making the increase a bit less for you overall so that you was happy to confirm the booking with us. Thank you for the feedback in regards to our insurance prices, the cover provided by our insurance is one that is very good, but we appreciate the feedback once again.
Thank you for your time whilst the system was slow to make your booking, I am happy that we was able to assist you with this, I am sure you can understand some websites have problems when trying to use them.
