Excellent service yet again
We’ve just booked another amazing holiday through Hannah Prosser at Hays Travel Barry — this time to beautiful Rhodes — and once again, the service has been absolutely outstanding.
Hannah has previously helped us organise incredible trips to Las Vegas and a Caribbean cruise, and each time she has been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always takes the time to understand exactly what we’re looking for. Her recommendations are always spot-on, and the booking process is smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
It’s so reassuring to know we can trust her to take care of everything. We wouldn’t book a holiday with anyone else now. Highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful travel agent!

I was looking for airline tickets to America and online was really confusing Lisa was a great help finding tickets and Kaz did a fabulous job booking me in and talking to me about the trip thank you both of you for your help I hope we never loose travel agents

The Young Lady who helped us I think her name is (Kaz) she was very knowledgeable about booking Cruises,
