River Cruise enquiry
I phoned in relation to a social media post about a cruise and was greeted by a lovely lady who was really helpful, answered all my questions, and rang me back when she had said she would. She stayed on line while I went through the process of paying the deposit which was above and beyond. I will definitely use this branch again.

Nothing is ever a bother to her, she is always very pleasant and mannerly and has great knowledge of locations to assist me in finding the best resort to suit my family’s requirements
