As pensioners price is always uppermost in our quest looking for package holidays.

Staff members excellent.
The staff members were very polite with us and so helpful which gave us confidence when it was time to choose our holiday. There was no pressure to make a decision on a holiday which is important to us. This relaxed approach worked well for us.
Holiday booked. Flight booked and boarding passes completed in a day.

The agent was so patient as we wanted to fly from Luton not Gatwick and the hotel we pick there wasn't a flight from Luton. We eventually found another hotel and was able to have flights from Luton. The staff at the Aylesbury branch are so helpful.
