The second year of booking with Hays.
This is my second year booking with Hays Travel. The staff are very approachable and help with all the complexities of finding the holiday destination that you have imagined. They do all the hard work and searches for you. They patiently answer all the questions that you have and take out all the stress out of booking a holiday.

Oana was incredible
Oana was amazing at booking us our first ever Cruise. She found it with ease and was able to answer any question without hassle. Emma Strong did a great job in sorting out our holiday. She put together al the places we wanted to visit and explained it all very clearly. She gave us options on upgrades and excursions. She has a very warm and friendly manner and was very patient when it took a while for the payment to go through. She is a real credit to your company.

Emma was amazing
Emma was amazing. It’s a very special holiday for us, top of the bucket list and a celebration for our 40th wedding anniversary. Emma did a lot of background work for us after finding out what we wanted. She got all our questions answered and nothing was too much trouble. Her enthusiasm and excitement in booking this holiday for us, knowing how special it was, was really very refreshing.

Very helpful service
Was greeted as soon as I went in, but no pressure. Spoke at length to the young man in the shop, he listened to what I wanted and my concerns.
