Very helpful
Great booking experience with Hays, Andrea made the whole process simple & very straight forward. My daughter also has additional needs and Andrea was on the ball with making sure everything was set in place for her without me having to ask her to do so. Andrea also went above and beyond by answering my query well out of office hours.

I saw Andrea’s post on Facebook as I follow her page. I messaged her about the holiday I was interested in and she got back to me in no time. The process was easy and before I knew it my holiday was booked. Any questions I had were answered straight away and I was really happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend her to book a holiday with and I will be doing it again myself soon
