Lovely staff
Hays are very lucky to have such lovely staff at the Alnwick branch. Friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing is too much trouble. Ellie helped us on this occasion but all the staff are excellent.

Personal interaction versus impersonal websites…
My friends tell me that I could book my holidays on various web sites on the interweb. But why should I bother to do that when I can get in my car and take 20 minutes to travel into Alnwick and take advantage of the knowledge and experience of the girls in your shop? It really is a no brainer. For one trip Claire double checked that my room would have a shower and not a bath, something I personally would not have thought to do. Those who wish for the impersonal touch of the websites, good luck ti you. Personally I prefer the face to face experience that I get from the staff in your agency.

Great professional friendly support
My title says it all. Hayes office in Alnwick provided a warm welcome on a bleak Northumberland day. We wanted sunshine and Nathan found us a lovely hotel in Tenerife.
Everything dealt with promptly. I’ve just had a follow up call offering to print tickets etc. All the staff are a credit to Dame Irene Hays. So sorry to have got her title wrong.

Amazing experience in store on Sunday,Ellie was the lady who was helping me and my partner sort out our holiday,I had quite an extensive list of things I wanted her to accommodate and she did it not a trouble.Her knowledge of different resorts was second to none.She made us feel at ease and explained every step of the process of booking.I would really say if it was not for her knowledge and professionalism I probably would not have booked that day as I was unsure of where to go.Brillliant service in the Alnwick branch.would definitely book with hays again and request Ellie help me.
