Visited Hayes Travel to book a holiday to Miami, cruise to the Bahamas and then on to Las Vegas .
This trip was for 11 nights and 12 days together with another lead passenger. In total a group of 10.
The Aldridge branch staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. Helpful pleasant, lots of research and guidance. I believe it was the manager of the branch who took her time to make sure all our needs were catered for.
Back and forth with phone calls etc ..
we do appreciated the service we received and thank you .

The young lady assisting us at Hays Travel was amazing. So helpful and informative, even though we’d already looked and decided where we are going, she still made sure she went through everything and that we were happy. She was so pleasant and polite and friendly.
