Excellent, efficient, friendly service
After using other agencies, we always find ourselves returning to Hays due to their outstanding professionalism, friendliness and expert knowledge. This was demonstrated again during our visit yesterday where nothing was too much trouble for the agent who was very efficient and helpful. The stress of booking a holiday is lifted as well as giving peace of mind. We would recommend Hays to our friends without a doubt.

The guy at Hemel hempstead branch did everything he could to find us a cruise to suit us after saga said we could take our wheel chair but it would have to stay in the hold as we couldn't get a wheelchair adapted cabin
