Fantastic service from Abbi
It was fantastic to be able to book the holiday with Abbi late at night. Abbi was friendly, professional and very prompt at making the booking and offered more help if we need it before our departure. I would most definately book with her again. Due to Trumpty dumpty bombing Dubai
Due to Trumpty dumpty bombing Dubai, I couldn't get to Bangkok. So Hays staff found me another holiday at short notice. I got a full refund due to my cancelled flight. Well done Hays staff.
