Built a good relationship with Lou and…
Built a good relationship with Lou and she was easy to speak to and she gave me a good experience of booking with you guys, it is very annoying though not being able to get in touch over the phone though at times and the time you guys have to wait for operators and such to confirm a holiday is not acceptable and this is no fault of Louises but it nearly cost me one of my holidays I was trying to book but thankfully it all turned out ok.

Hays Travel just terrific!!
My experience with Hays was terrific. The consultant that dealt with my enquiry through to booking was wonderful. She was Mica Wasil. Mica was professional, efficient and obviously experienced in her profession. Between myself and my 3 fellow travellers we had numerous queries and add on requests for the tour/trip we eventually booked. Mica replied so promptly and with full information to update and inform. I would give Mica 10 stars if I could!

Another easy friendly booking
I emailed through to Angie the exact holiday we required then she called me to confirm all the details over the phone. As usual, very easy to do business with and saves so much time when I already know the holiday I want.
