Easy to do business with Haynes, secured just what we wanted at an excellent price. Prompt delivery to the timescales agreed and a very good, courteous service by the lads who delivered the furniture. Should I need more furniture, I will happily go to Haynes.

We found an armchair that we wanted locally but couldn't get delivery for 3 months. We saw the same chair at Haynes on ebay at a great price and paid over the phone. Took delivery of the chair, in perfect condition, the following day. Fantastic service at a competitive price.

I was looking for a Wood Bros. sofa and chair for my elderly mother. After much looking around I found the ones I wanted advertised at Haynes which we purchased. We saved hundreds of pounds by dealing with them. Service was amazing, staff very helpful and their deliver service was great too. I would definitely buy from them again.

The ordering process and delivery were entirely painless and simple. Although not the fault of Haynes, my order was late - and I had to chase them rather than them telling me. Overall though would use again.

Great service throughout the whole process. New Ercol chest of drawers delivered by two fab chaps who placed it just where needed. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not have asked for better and will happily recommend.

Good price for a single Ercol chair and speedy delivery to Edinburgh. I would have bought the full dining set from Haynes if I had spotted them sooner! Will know the next time …

I bought a Tetrad sofa online from Haynes. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and my sofa was delivered a week later in perfect condition. The delivery men were efficient and cheerful!
