A fantastic trip to South America.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America. Beth helped us select great hotels and destinations and we enjoyed the whole experience. Especially important for us was the support of Javier (Gomez) our Concierge based in Argentina. He could not have given us any more help when we needed it, and given we had never been to South America before, just having that friendly voice at the other end of the phone was really comforting. I would really recommend Hayes & Jarvis.

Nairobi-Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara-Chale…
Nairobi-Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara-Chale Island: the overall attention to detail and the seamless coordination made the experience exceptional. Every element — from the itinerary and accommodation to the transfers and game drives — was planned with care, allowing the trip to unfold without stress or uncertainty. The destinations themselves were stunning, but it was the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the people we encountered that took the experience to another level. Their passion for hospitality and genuine pride in sharing Kenya made every moment feel special. The company excels at creating highly curated, well-structured travel experiences that feel both luxurious and personal. Logistics were flawless and the level of support, while slow initially, during the trip was good. Partnering with local representatives, such as Jeniffer in Kenya, demonstrates an understanding of how important on-the-ground expertise is. The result is an experience that feels safe, smooth, and deeply memorable. In short, the company is doing an exceptional job of combining premium planning with authentic local connection.

World class service for our Australian…
World class service for our Australian holiday. We had 3 weeks and wanted to travel from Cairns to Sydney for New Year on the harbour. HJ (James) put together an excellent itinerary to make sure we visited all the key sites and used quality partners for all our tours and trips that we booked on the way.
We had a concierge (Nitika) who kept in contact with us throughout to check all was ok.
HJ have so much experience we would definitely use them again.
